MM Residency has twelve guest rooms in three types. All of them are air-conditioned, all of them open with an RFID card issued against your booking, and all of them are on the same rate you see here - the website price is the lowest we offer anywhere.
Standard Twin - 240 sq ft, two single beds, a wide desk and blackout curtains. From Rs 1,600 a night.
Deluxe Double - 300 sq ft, a queen bed with room to move around it. From Rs 1,800 a night.
Suite Room - 420 sq ft, a king bed and a separate sitting area. From Rs 2,200 a night.
Rates are room-only and per night. Each room sleeps two comfortably and takes a third guest on an extra bed. Check-in is from 2 pm, check-out at 2 pm.
