Cancellation policy

A booking made direct on this website can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Nothing is charged when you book, so a cancellation inside that window costs you nothing and there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not arriving

If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, or do not arrive at all, we may charge one night's room rate. In practice we would much rather you called us - a delayed train or a changed plan is not a no-show, and the front desk can almost always work something out if it hears from you.

Shortening a stay

If you leave earlier than booked, tell the desk before 2 pm on the day you leave. Nights already stayed are charged; the rest are released.

Bookings made elsewhere

A room booked through a travel site is governed by that site's cancellation terms, not this page. This is one of several reasons the direct rate is the better deal.

Banquet hall and events

Event and banquet bookings are quoted individually and carry their own terms, which are set out in the quotation we send you.

Call or WhatsApp the front desk on +91 95009 97585, or email manager@mmresidency.co.in with your booking reference. We will confirm the cancellation back to you.
